1. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that:

2. Products and Services

EIRA offers curated wellness products, educational content, consultations, and related services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased by any individual or entity.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless you are on a payment plan or otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added during checkout where required.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from EIRA.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order;

  • Limit quantities;

  • Request additional information before processing an order;

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Products may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on manufacturer location and availability.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Inspection of Goods

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, defects, or shortages must be reported to EIRA within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing:

Photographs and original packaging may be required to process claims.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Certain products, including but not limited to custom, made-to-order, and personalized products, may not be eligible for return or cancellation.

Please review the applicable product page and Return Policy before making a purchase.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product specifications before purchase;

  • Confirming product suitability for their property and intended use;

  • Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals;

  • Site preparation;

  • Freight appointment scheduling when required;

  • Hiring qualified professionals for installation and assembly when necessary.

Some products may require specialized equipment or additional preparation. Product-specific requirements are provided on individual product pages.

10. Consultations and Design Services

EIRA's consultations, recommendations, and wellness design guidance are educational and conceptual in nature.

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • EIRA does not provide architectural services;

  • EIRA does not provide engineering services;

  • EIRA does not provide construction management;

  • EIRA does not provide permitting services;

  • EIRA does not perform installation services.

Implementation decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client and their chosen professionals.

11. Wellness Disclaimer

EIRA promotes restorative living, wellness architecture, and sanctuary design.

Statements regarding well-being, restoration, atmosphere, nervous system support, or wellness are descriptive and aspirational in nature and are not intended as medical claims, guarantees, or health advice.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Videos

  • Product descriptions

  • Branding

  • Educational materials

  • The EIRA name and marks

  • The EIRA Codex

  • The Wellness Architecture framework and methodologies

are the exclusive property of EIRA Outdoor Wellness Sanctuaries or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, or other content to EIRA, you grant EIRA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to provide such content.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
